Refund & Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our first priority at The LolliRae HQ. Please do not hesitate to email us at sales@lollirae.com for clarification on any of the below.
We are happy to accept an exchange of any item purchased that is unused, unwashed, and still fitted with all store tags and labels. To be eligible for exchange, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
The LolliRae HQ does NOT refund, items that are deemed faulty will be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time frame, as per consumer law. Please note that all items are carefully checked before dispatch, so any items considered to be worn or damaged will NOT be eligible for a refund or exchange. If your item is faulty upon receipt, please email us on sales@lollirae.com as soon as possible to notify staff.
To Exchange your items, please follow the easy exchange instructions on your returns sheet enclosed with your parcel. If you have lost your returns sheet or didn’t receive it, feel free to download one here.
All returns must be sent to The Lolli Rae HQ, PO BOX 16336, Airport - Accra, Ghana. Please remember to list which item/s you would like in exchange on your returns sheet. If the cost of the replacement item is greater than the purchase price of the item/s you are exchanging, please provide your billing details for processing.
If the cost of the replacement item is less than the original purchase, you may choose to purchase other items with the remaining value, or request a credit note to the remaining value. Please note that credit notes will not be issued for the value of less than $20. Credit notes will be valid for 3 months from date of issue.
Any items that are sold heavily discounted based on faults or wear are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Lay-bys are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. A 30% deposit is required to place items under lay-by. All goods must be paid for in full and collected within 6 weeks of the lay-by commencement date. If lay-bys are not collected within the 6 week period, your deposit and any payments are forfeited to The LolliRae HQ for the goods to be resold. No Lay-bys are permitted on discounted or sale items.
Special Orders. A 30% deposit must be placed on items for them to be ordered. Exchanges are available only on items that do not fit, based on sizing recommendations by staff at The LolliRae HQ. The deposit is NOT refundable. Special orders are non-exchangeable for change of mind. Once you have received notification that your item/s have arrived at The LolliRae HQ, you have a maximum of 4 weeks to pick up or lay-by the items. Failure to do so within the declared time frame, unless prior agreements have been made, will result in the forfeit of your order.
Items that are on sale or heavily discounted are final and are not exchangeable or returnable.
All sales are final on international orders. No Refunds, Returns or exchanges are accepted.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, incorrect sizing or accidental ordering. If you accidently order twice by refreshing your order in checkout you will be issued a credit note for the amount of your order. We do not issue refunds or exchanges on SALE items, underwear, iPhone Covers or earrings.
Colour Disclaimer; despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's colour on our website, actual colours may vary. Due to monitor and/or video card differences as well as photography lighting, subtle variations in colour and surface texture may not be fully revealed. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual colour, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable.
PLEASE NOTE: Slight variations might occur between the sample and the finished product. These run to run dye lot variations are common to the manufacturing process, and within industry tolerances. They are not defects. Due to these variations we recommend that when identical products and colors are to used for more than one opening, that they all be ordered at the same time.
PLEASE NOTE: Most items are manufactured with color coordinated components. Color coordinated products use components that are similar in color but, not always exact in color. In addition, neutral colored head and/or bottom rails may be used in conjunction with color coordinated strip inserts. Exact color matches between tassels, strings and other blind and shade parts are rarely possible due to the extensive amount of colors offered for the primary components (slats, fabrics, louvers, etc.). Designer selected complementary, coordinated color matches assure you that whatever product you select has a finished look. Should you have specific concerns, please call or email our Customer Service department using the contact information listed at the top of website.
Shipping and Delivery for Returns
Exchanges can take up to 2-3 working days to process. If you would like your exchange processed quicker, please return item/s via express post and email us at sales@lollirae.com.
Exchanges are at a cost of $20.00, Please fill in the credit card information on the return form for this to be processed.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Due to stock availability and to processed returns quicker please provide 3 styles that you would be happy to exchange for in favourable order. If this cannot be fulfilled a credit note will be issued valid for life a non-limited period.
The LolliRae HQ does not guarantee wear dates, although the LolliRae HQ will endeavour to make each wear date, customers are not entitled to a refund for items that do not make their date.
In stock items ship within 3-7 business days/ however some items may need to be special ordered which timing may vary from order to order.
Free Shipping is available for any purchase over $300.
A flat rate of $15.00 will be charged for all shipping under $300.

International Shipping
Shipping internationally is available for all countries. Orders will be shipped within 3-7 working days.
The LolliRae HQ ships your items exclusive of your countries ingoing custom’s charges. Any import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination.
Please do not refuse any delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refunds made will be minus the total delivery and return costs, in the case of refused deliveries.
The cost for international shipping is a flat rate of $30.
